My Approach
My approach is warm, intuitive, and deeply personalized. I work with individuals who sense that traditional talk therapy alone hasn’t reached the root of their pain. Whether you're navigating trauma, burnout, grief, or simply feeling disconnected from your sense of purpose, I offer a space where your full self—body, mind, and soul—is welcomed.

“The body remembers what the mind forgets.”

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens when we address the whole person. That means not just focusing on symptoms, but gently uncovering the deeper imprints left by past experiences—especially those from childhood or earlier life stages. Many of my clients grew up in environments that didn’t feel emotionally safe—whether due to neglect, inconsistency, or overt trauma. These early wounds often take root in the nervous system, later showing up as anxiety, perfectionism, avoidance, or a lingering fear of being “too much” or “not enough.” These early experiences often shape how we relate to others, how we handle stress, how safe we feel in our bodies, and how much joy we allow ourselves to feel.

“Inside every coping strategy is a younger version of you doing their best to stay safe.”

My work is grounded in evidence-based modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which helps the nervous system release stuck trauma, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate model that helps us understand and care for the many inner “parts” we all carry. These parts might include the perfectionist, the people-pleaser, the protector, or the wounded child—each with their own stories and burdens. In our work together, these parts are not pathologized—they are honored, heard, and gently integrated. Alongside these approaches, I weave in somatic practices, breathwork, visualization, and spiritual inquiry when it feels aligned. My training in neuroscience, kundalini yoga, and holistic wellness allows me to support you in exploring how trauma and stress are stored in the body—and how body-based tools can open new pathways to healing.

“True integration honors the wisdom of both science and spirit.”

Another area I’m deeply passionate about is the connection between gut health, the nervous system, and early life experience. I often think of the gut as an inner ecosystem—a second brain that holds memory, emotion, and the imprints of our earliest environments. I stay attuned to emerging research on the microbiome and its role in mood, resilience, and mental clarity, and weave this lens into my work with clients. For many, healing begins when we stop trying to fix symptoms in isolation and start listening to the body with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

“The path to wholeness is not linear—it spirals inward toward the soul.”

Ultimately, I see therapy as sacred work. Whether you’re seeking clarity, connection, or transformation, I hold space for your full self to emerge—compassionately, safely, and at your own pace.
