Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect in our first session?
Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you have. You’ll also get a feel for my approach and whether it’s a good fit for you. There’s no pressure—we go at your pace.

How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?
Therapy is a deeply personal process, and the relationship matters. If you're looking for a holistic, trauma-informed approach that honors the mind-body-spirit connection, we may be a good fit. Many of my clients are high-functioning but inwardly struggling with burnout, anxiety, or the sense that something deeper is calling to be healed.

Where are you located?

I'm based in California and offer sessions online, so you can join from wherever you are.

Do you take insurance?

I am currently in-network with Aetna insurance.
For all other insurances, I’m private pay, but I can provide you with a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please check your plan details, as coverage varies.

What is your fee?

Sessions are $195 per 50-minute session. I also offer longer or customized sessions upon request.

What if I’m new to therapy or not sure what I need?
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Therapy can help you clarify what’s beneath the surface and discover what’s ready to shift or heal.

How do you weave yoga into your work?

I offer gentle yoga-inspired practices — like breathwork, mantra, or meditation — to support nervous system regulation and help you feel more grounded and connected.
It’s always optional, trauma-aware, and adaptable to you — no yoga experience needed. You choose what feels supportive and safe.

Do you offer psychedelic integration or spiritual support?
Yes. I work with clients navigating expanded state experiences—including those brought on by psychedelics, breathwork, or spontaneous spiritual openings. Whether you’re integrating a journey or simply feeling the stirrings of deeper change, you’re welcome here.

What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed sessions are charged the full fee unless it’s an emergency.

I’m interested but still have questions. What’s the next step?
You're welcome to reach out through the Contact Page to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to talk, answer your questions, and see if it feels like a good fit.
