EMDR

When difficult experiences get stuck in the nervous system, old triggers can feel like present-day threats. EMDR uses gentle bilateral stimulation to help your brain process and file those memories correctly. It doesn't erase the past. It just takes the sting out of it.

The result: moving from reacting to the past, to remembering it with peace.

Internal Family Systems

We all carry different parts of ourselves: the perfectionist, the inner critic, the protector that's been on duty so long it's forgotten what it's protecting. In IFS, we stop fighting these parts and start listening. We lead from the Self, the calm, clear core that was there all along.

The result: internal harmony instead of internal war.

Hi, I'm Nathalie.

I'm a holistic therapist with a background in neuroscience research, counseling, and mind-body healing. I've always been drawn to the places where different worlds meet: science and spirituality, the brain and the body, insight and intuition.

I often work with people who are thoughtful, sensitive, and self-aware, yet still feel stuck in patterns they can't seem to think their way out of. My work is rooted in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic practice, and a deep respect for the wisdom we each carry within us.

To me, healing isn't just about feeling better, though that matters. It's about coming into a more honest relationship with yourself: your body, your story, and the part of you that still knows the way home.
